    Install

    Open the downloaded file and drag TuningMac into your Applications folder.

    Open

    Launch TuningMac. It lives in your menu bar, so look for the slider icon at the top of your screen. Allow System Audio Recording when macOS asks.

    Activate

    Paste the license key from your purchase email, or click Activate in TuningMac on the page you see after checkout.

If macOS won't open it

If macOS says it can't check TuningMac for malicious software, open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway. You only need to do this once.

Updates are automatic

TuningMac checks for new versions on its own and installs them when you restart it. Every update is free, forever. You can also use Check for Updates in the app. All versions
