当你购买或使用由 TuningMac 开发的 TuningMac（“本软件”）时，适用这些条款。购买或使用本软件即表示你同意这些条款。
你的许可证
- 购买 TuningMac 后，你将获得一份个人的、非独占的、不可转让的终身许可证，可在最多两台归你所有或由你控制的 Mac 上使用本软件。
- 许可证为一次性购买。它不会续费，也没有订阅。
- TuningMac 未来的所有更新和版本（包括新的大版本）均免费包含在内。不会再次向你收费。
你不得做的事
- 分享、转售、出租或公开你的许可证密钥。
- 对本软件进行逆向工程、反编译或修改，法律允许的情况除外。
- 移除或绕过许可证检查或其他保护措施。
付款
订单由我们的记录商户（Merchant of Record）Dodo Payments 处理，它是你此次购买的卖方，负责收费、税费和发票。价格显示在 tuningmac.com 上，可能会变动，但变动绝不会影响你已完成的购买。
系统要求
本软件需要 macOS 14.2 Sonoma 或更高版本。部分耳机功能取决于型号以及 macOS 提供的能力，可能并非所有设备都能使用。
担保与责任
本软件按“现状”提供。我们努力让它稳定可靠，但不保证它没有错误或适用于所有用途。在法律允许的范围内，TuningMac 不对因本软件产生的间接或后果性损害承担责任，我们的全部责任以你为本软件支付的金额为限。

TuningMac 及其名称和标志归 TuningMac 所有。tuningmac.com 上提到的其他所有产品名称、品牌和商标均归各自所有者所有，包括：
